Returns Policy

Due to hygiene reasons we cannot replace a hairpiece that has been worn or adapted in any way as we cannot return them to the manufacturer.
You must be 100% sure upon purchasing that you are happy with everything.

If the hairpiece has not been worn or adapted in any way then we can offer an exchange within a 1 month period ONLY. The hair piece will need to be returned to us with everything that it came with including tags, box etc

A hairpiece can only be returned within a 3 month period to us if the is a manufacturing fault present, if that is the case the hairpiece must be returned by us to the manufacturer for them to access. If they deem a manufacturing fault is present then a replacement hairpiece will be provided for you at that time ONLY.

Any custom made order is non refundable, in that case you will need to go to the manufacturer directly.

All products within a one month period of purchase MUST be returned unopened, all seals and all packaging intact.

Your receipt must be produced to allow a full refund.

Damaged packaging or broken seals on products can not be exchanged.
